Rum, Jamaica
Single Cask #HD12LS12 – Line #39; a limited edition of 234 bottles
The TCRL single casks series represents the oldest rums ever bottled by La Maison du Whisky.
This funky rum was produced in a pot still from long-fermented molasses. It has been distilled in 2012 in the heart of Jamaica, in the Trelawny Parish. Aged under a tropical climate for more than 3 years in an ex-Bourbon barrel, it was then sent to Europe for another 4 years. There, it was transferred into a 300L 1st fill Cognac cask.
