Sake Junmai, Japan / Honshu-akita

Made from the Akita Sake Komachi rice variety, this sake is wonderfully opulent while remaining very fresh. With its slight, pleasant sharpness, it is a marvellous incarnation of the brewery’s unique style, all the while developing full-bodied and fruity notes.
