The Lagg distillery was opened in 2019 and is equipped with one 10,000-litre wash still and one 7,000-litre spirit still. Produced with Concerto barley, this version named Corriecravie is peated to 50 ppm and was initially matured in a bourbon cask before being finished for six months in an Oloroso sherry cask from Miguel Martin. The complex and nuanced palette of flavours and aromas stages an omnipresent peat that proudly proclaims its unshakable freedom of expression.
