Specially designed for Penderyn, Faraday pot stills surmounted by a distillation column give birth to a “new make” of great purity of expression grading 92%.In barely twenty years, the single malt produced by this distillery has acquired such letters of nobility, thanks in particular to magnificent versions bottled at natural strength. Exceptional, this Penderyn matured in barrels having contained Moscatel wine is of this caliber. Extending the tasting indefinitely, several hours later, the dry extracts from the empty glass even constitute the fourth stage of an extraordinary aromatic and gustatory adventure that leads us almost physically into the private cellar of the distillery.
