TASTING NOTES
Nose : Lively yet refined. The balsamic (pine, lime blossom) and fruity (orange, persimmon) nose is characterized by sophisticated aromas of quince jelly. Allowed to breathe, the aroma palette takes on chocolate, autumnal (dried leaves) and camphor tones, as well as a lovely rancio (brandied cherries).
Appearance : Copper orange.
Palate : Svelte, clear. The fibrous attack (ginger) reveals nuanced flavors of freshly cut grass and peppermint. On the mid-palate, beeswax and cocoa powder spread softly across the palate.
Overall : Long, silky. The very delicate finish (peach skin) initially releases aromas of melon with great purity. The rich and refreshing after-taste invites us to enjoy a hazelnut ice cream.
