The American Oak Old & Rare Single Cask HH0106 was filled on May 19, 2000 and bottled on December 4, 2018, maturing eighteen years and six months. After such a long aging, this 200 litre cask made from American oak ex-bourbon only produced 161 bottles at 48% abv. This single cask is one of the oldest Australian whiskeys ever released, so it’s a unique juice with incredible texture, complexity and length in the mouth. Each bottle comes in a unique, handcrafted solid oak box and includes a Letter of Authenticity signed by Master Distiller, Heather Tillott.
