Do you ship outside of South Africa?

For customers outside of South Africa, please check your local customs regulations and rules on alcohol imports  to verify that imports  are  permitted.  It is the responsibility of the importer to ensure compliance with the requirements of the destination country; even if our courier service delivers to the destination, we do not guarantee that it will be allowed in the Country of delivery.

Due to recent changes to import regulations within the EU, there may be potential difficulties shipping to some countries within Europe.

Also note that Import Duties, Vat and other fees may be applied by your local customs authority.  You will be contacted by the courier or your local customs authority to pay the additional costs on your order prior to your shipment being released. Please familiarise yourself with the process and rates charged in your country before placing your order.

Navigate does not accept liability for orders returned to us or destroyed by customs in the event that the import is disallowed, if local import costs are not paid or if delivery is refused.  If the goods are returned to us, we will refund the balance of your order after inspecting the goods and deducting all costs incurred.
