As we sleigh into the holiday season, ensure you place your gift orders promptly to guarantee timely delivery and allow for an additional 1 – 2 days for deliveries during this festive season.
Please see the final collection dates for all orders below, which means your order needs to reach us by 5pm the day before:
Regional to Regional – 11 December 2024
Main to Regional – 12 December 2024
Local – 18 December 2024
Any orders done after these dates will be delivered when we open on the 6th of January 2025

You may pay for your order on Checkout; using your debit or credit card using the PayFast payment gateway on our site. PayFast is a trusted and secure payment gateway that complies with all required legislation. See more at www.payfast.co.za.
We currently do not offer any alternative options for payment, however, if you have seen a particular bottle online and would like to pay via EFT, please email orders@navigateworldwhisky.com. Kindly ensure that you include the item’s link in your email, and we will promptly provide you with a customised quote for payment. Bottles are not reserved until paid for in full.
One of the reasons your payment may have failed is that your shipping destination country is not the same as the country where you hold your bank account. This is enforced by the banking industry.

Whilst we pride ourselves on usually having pristine / brand new bottlings, The Collectors Corner also contains older bottlings bottled several years or even decades ago. For this reason normal wear and tear, visible aging and even potential dust (a good sign) is to be expected.
For customers outside of South Africa, please check your local customs regulations and rules on alcohol imports to verify that imports are permitted. It is the responsibility of the importer to ensure compliance with the requirements of the destination country; even if our courier service delivers to the destination, we do not guarantee that it will be allowed in the Country of delivery.
Due to recent changes to import regulations within the EU, there may be potential difficulties shipping to some countries within Europe.
Also note that Import Duties, Vat and other fees may be applied by your local customs authority. You will be contacted by the courier or your local customs authority to pay the additional costs on your order prior to your shipment being released. Please familiarise yourself with the process and rates charged in your country before placing your order.
Navigate does not accept liability for orders returned to us or destroyed by customs in the event that the import is disallowed, if local import costs are not paid or if delivery is refused. If the goods are returned to us, we will refund the balance of your order after inspecting the goods and deducting all costs incurred.

Currently, we are not shipping to the African continent, USA, Canada or South America.
Unfortunately, we do not allow collections however you may ship your bottles to our partners at NPF Tasting Rooms Melrose Arch as a collection point. Please allow for 1 – 2 working days as a delivery time.
For local deliveries to most major cities, please allow around 2 – 3 business days. Outlying areas may take an extra day or so.
Orders placed for bottles on the Collectors Corner may take several additional working days to pick.
For international shipments, please allow for 5 – 7 working days, which may be extended based on the customs authority in your country. Navigate is not liable for any customs fees which may be incurred in the destination country.
Deliveries during the year-end festive season may take an additional 1 – 2 days.

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched via the courier, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number that you can use to track your delivery online. If you have not received this email within 2 business days of placing your order (outside of Covid-19 lockdown restrictions), please contact us for assistance on orders@navigateworldwhisky.com.
If you have recently placed an order on SSA that qualified for free shipping, provided it has not yet been shipped, you may email us on orders@navigateworldwhiskly.com to try catch the despatch in time, should you wish to avoid an additional delivery fee.
