This mezcal is copper pot distilled and assembled (“ensamble”) by Emigdio using various agaves.
Roasted underground and then using a stone ground crusher, the pinas are combined with well water during fermentation, and distilled by Emigdio using his copper refrescador.

Profile: This Ensamble (amongst the rarest and most expensive) is a beautiful mezcal that, when available, is strictly allocated to those customers and partners that make great investments in Mezcal Vago themselves.
