Cuvée Gaia stands as a celebration of Ireland’s original and only certified organic single malt. This Single Malt is a testament to the spirit of maverick growers, embracing the ethos of respecting the land and honouring age-old traditions to prioritise natural flavour over yield.

This single malt whiskey brings together organic distillations from six distinct Single Farm Origins for extra body, boldness, and wholesome flavour as well as two diverse harvests for harmony.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Polished brass syrupy-thick oils.

Nose: Lovely depth of heather honey, rich malted barley, dark berries, and the earthiness of pine forest floor after rain. Old leather furniture, hessian, and dark spices of nutmeg. All given fruit and juiciness by blackberry compôte.

Palate: Unctuous, almost chewy texture with golden syrup-drizzled sponge cake, manuka honey and very decadent flapjacks. Ripe summer berry fruits – almost jams.

Finish: Near-endless, fruits and honeys entwining with the rich savoury tones of malt.
