The original, time-honoured Rebel Bourbon recipe dates to 1849, when it
was invented at what would become the Stitzel-Weller Distillery. While the
distillery became known for the many famous bourbons produced there, its
wheated recipes are perhaps most notable for their softer, smoother taste
and graceful aging process. More than 150 years later, Rebel Bourbon is
bridging the gap between its proud heritage and modern tastes to honour
the universal spirit of rebellion that lives on in each of us.

The meticulously aged 10-year bourbon is robust in flavour with a mature
finish. Each bottle is hand bottled independently and this single barrel
handcrafted process allows for a unique flavour profile specific to each batch

Tasting Notes
Colour: Golden amber glow.
Nose: Notes of vanilla and dark fruits, followed by subtle citrus and oak.
Palate: Traces of caramel and citrus.
Finish: Velvety smooth finish with just a hint of spice.
