RETURNS POLICY
This Return Policy is to be read with the Website General terms and conditions of  Navigate World Whisky (Pty) Ltd (“NWW”):

How to return an item
Please send an email to mailto: ssa@navigateworldwhisky.com, with your order number and name as the reference. Please include your reason(s) for the return and follow below requirements.

If you have not opened or unwrapped the parcel as received and it is still in its original delivery packaging, then no further packing is required.  If you have unpacked the items; it is your responsibility to repacked for return in another box with as much padding and protective packaging as required to ensure it arrives at Navigate World Whisky undamaged.  No refunds will be given if the Items that are damaged when they reach Navigate World Whisky.

Reasons for return

  1. Incorrect item delivered
    If you receive an incorrect item, please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels; then notify us within 7 days  and we will collect the incorrect goods from you at no charge and will, based on your  choice, either deliver the correct item as soon as possible (provided stock is still available), send you a voucher for the purchase price or issue a refund.
  2. Goods arrive damaged
    If goods arrive damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.  If the damage is immediately visible, please note this on your waybill / courier delivery form. To assess where in the transit process the damage may have occurred, we require the following information:

     

    1. photograph of the outer box
    2. photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging and
    3. photograph of the damaged item.

    On assessment of above photographs and information provided, if the goods are determined to have been damaged in transit, Navigate World Whisky will, based on your  choice, either deliver a replacement as soon as possible, send you a voucher for the purchase price or issue a refund within 30 days.  Notwithstanding the above, NWW retains the sole discretion to accept a returned item, or reject it, which election shall be made after inspection of the item at hand upon receipt, and subject to compliance with the conditions above.

Jurisdiction
Navigate World Whisky, its website and these terms and conditions are bound by South African law and any disputes will be governed by the South African courts.  Access to the content and / or the purchasing of goods on the website from countries where such goods are prohibited is illegal.  It is your responsibility to comply with all the applicable laws of South Africa, including purchasing goods from the website from locations outside of South Africa.
