Fourth batch in collaboration with Balcones, a Texas distillery created in 2008. This whiskey is made from Hopi Blue Corn (old and rare corn from southern Mexico). It is then smoked before being aged in a barrel of Pedro Ximenez. That Boutique-Y Whiskey Company is recognizable by its cartoon-style labels, filled with details and allusions. If the design may seem fanciful, the selection is meticulous and often very surprising.Batch 4 – Ex-Pedro Ximenez Wine Cask.
