This exceptional bottling hails from one of the oldest distilleries in Barbados; the first collaboration between Velier and Foursquare Distillery, expertly guided by Luca Gargano. The rum undergoes a maturation process of 3 years in bourbon casks, followed by an additional 7 years in ex-Cognac casks. This double maturation imparts a unique flavour profile, enhancing its complexity and richness.
