First aged version (18 months) of Renegade, this rum was made from the Lacalome Red variety of sugar cane, harvested from several plots belonging to the Dunfermline farm, located in the mountains of Saint-Andrew in the North East of the island of Grenada. Distilled in pot stills, it reveals distillate notes of rare intensity and great complexity. However, sprinkled with finely caramelized (toffee), vanilla and chocolate tones, its aromatic and taste palette evolves towards increasingly mature registers.
