The Espadín Clay Pot Mezcal was Siete Misterios’ first product. After learning from Maestros Mezcaleros across Mexico, Siete Misterios crafted the most traditional production process. It was noted that the distillates in Sola de Vega had a sweeter and spicier feature compared to other villages, so it was here Siete Misterios decided to explore the concept “from seed to the bottle” and started to produce their own Mezcal from there.

Tasting Notes
A complex, herbal, and floral nose. Notes of avocado leaf, fresh pine, and juniper are complemented by Chinese orange and royal lime, cooked agave, piloncillo, and a hint of wet earth. The smooth palate mirrors the nose and is further nuanced by dried fruit, pistachio, pine nut, and a subtle olive note.
