Coming to us from the southern hemisphere, this rum proudly represents its Oceanian origins. Distilled in a pot still from local fermented molasses, it first spent 3 years on its native island in ex-bourbon casks before continuing its aging for 2 more years in ex-Cognac barrels, in Europe. Bottled at 48% ABV, this rum surprises by its singularity.
