The first official vintage bottling from Worthy Park is a subtle nugget of jammy fruit and a fine woody note. This rum, a 2006 Single Estate Reserve, distilled in Forsyths copper stills, is 12 years old. Benefiting from exclusive aging in a tropical climate in old bourbon barrels, it offers an attractive aromatic palette embellished by cask strength bottling at 56.The fruit dominates (pineapple, pear, notes of red fruits, etc.), the vegetal (lemongrass) is delicate and the wood finely integrated: a magnificent cocktail for a distillery in the making!
