Single Malt Whisky, Scotland/Speyside

Founded in 1891 in the heart of Speyside, Craigellachie Distillery is renowned for its robust and distinctive style, marked by oily texture, ripe fruit notes and a subtle sulphury edge that adds depth and character. Long valued by blenders, its spirit reveals remarkable individuality and expressiveness with age. This 2011 vintage, bottled at 100 Proof by Signatory Vintage, matured for 15 years in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt. The cask enhances Craigellachie’s natural richness with dark fruits, spice and chocolate notes while preserving the spirit’s signature tension and structure.
