Pure Cane Juice Rum, India

It is the first time Habitation Velier makes a bottling of a white rum coming from the Amrut distillery. This limited edition Indian rum is made using pure sugar cane juice coming from a field next to the distillery, in a true farm to bottle approach.

The yeasts triggering the fermentation and the pot stills used for distillation are the same as the ones used for Amrut’s famed whiskies.
