On both the nose and the palate, this version begins by highlighting notes of an empyreumatic and very oily peat. Then, with great altruism, these fade away to allow a full expression of the floral, chocolatey, honeyed and fruity registers found on a flavour and aroma palette dedicated to finding perfect balance between smoke and the sherry’s rancio.
