Having a Scotsman as an owner, peated whiskey was an inevitability. Never to shy away from something new though, the distillation and ageing style at Boulder allows for an introduction of newer flavour profiles. A whiskey
with earthy, floral characteristics alongside tart, dried fruit with a rich pastry quality.

Milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and aged in Boulder, Colorado, using #3 char, virgin American white oak barrels with no temperature control. A double Pot Still, American Single Malt that is proofed with Eldorado Springs water and made using 100% Malted barley, grown in the UK, malted at Muntons Malt in the UK.

This is a lightly peated, fruity and complex single malt whiskey that is sure to please.

Tasting Notes

Colour:  Dark Amber.

Nose:  Aromas of smoked apricot, autumn leaves, honeycomb, chocolate malt balls, and apple pie.

Palate:  A slightly chewy, vibrant, dryish medium-to-full body liquid

Finish:  Peppery, interesting, medium-long caramel, spiced pumpkin, and cinnamon toast finish.
