This American Single Malt whiskey is a representation of traditional pot distillation techniques combined with the American ageing style of using freshly charred, virgin oak barrels. A spirit that is bright, with young stone fruit, citrus blossom and an overtone of classic American Oak characteristics of vanilla and buttercream.
Milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and aged in Boulder, Colorado, using #3 char, virgin American white oak barrels with no temperature control. A double Pot Still, American Single Malt that is proofed with Eldorado Springs water.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Golden Amber.
Nose: Aromas and flavours of creamy caramel, roasted peanuts, ripe raspberry, grilled meats, and sliced bananas.
Palate: Round yet crisp, dry yet fruity, medium to full body and a seamless, complex, medium to long finish that presents shades of herb focaccia, buttered crepes, whipped cream with nutmeg, and a final note of ganache.
Finish: A tasty, complex American single malt with a lengthy finish that unveils new flavours with each sip.
