This whiskey celebrates all that is modern in craft distilling. After three years in virgin American oak barrels, Boulder Bourbon is transferred into ex oloroso sherry casks for finishing, gaining the qualities of the wine as well as exploring a different species of oak. This is both a homage to the history of whiskey, and a nod to the future of creating new flavours.
Milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and aged in Boulder, Colorado, this double Pot Still Bourbon has been proofed with Eldorado Springs water.
