For almost 20 years, the Menhirs distillery in Plomelin, Finistere, France has produced a buckwheat whisky named, quite naturally, Eddu. This cask strength bottling is an abundantly fruity, softly herbaceous and wonderfully floral ode to the glory of Brittany. Its additional generosity and depth bring lots of smooth consistency.
