However, it’s called Plata—because a true 100% agave tequila is never truly Blanco; it always contains some of the agave’s coloring. Plata is tequila in its purest form, allowing you to taste the agave. This Plata is rounder and more balanced than typical Blancos. It’s handcrafted using a state-controlled artisanal method.
