This ensamble is Siete Misterios’ special bottling featuring their Ensamble Especial. The Ensamble Especial is a special blend of four to five Magueys. This is a limited release with only one production a year.
Traditionally mezcal was produced in pueblitos (small villages). Maestro
mezcaleros would go out into the fields and select ripe agave, typically including multiple varietals in one production. Their Ensambles range is their tribute to those original mezcals. This release skilfully combines Maguey Espadín with Tepeztate, Tobala, Madrecuishe, and Mexicano to offer beautiful complexity in every sip.

Tasting Notes
Beautifully complex, earthy, and smoky, featuring highlights of herbaceous sweet tobacco and corn leaves. Notes of apple, melon, guava, and pears blend harmoniously with the scent of cooked agave. Smooth and complex, evolving gracefully on the palate. A long finish mirrors the citrus and floral notes found on the nose.
