Wilder Seas is the very first whiskey from the Talisker distillery to be finished in French oak casks containing XO Cognac. This is an intense, complex whiskey with notes of sultana and stewed fig brought out by the XO Cognac cask. The delicate, spicy peat is still present, the signature of the Talisker distillery.
