Terroir of Avize, located over a 42-minute bike ride from Epernay to the south. This vintage is made from 100% chardonnay grapes harvested in 2017. The Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is vinified through stainless steel tanks, with partial malolactic fermentation and then aged for a minimum of 52 months.
A very low dosage of just 3g/L.
Tasting Comment: This cuvée offers a beautiful aromatic complexity. Hints of almonds, white flowers, and gingerbread round out the delicacy of this Champagne.
