Single Malt Whisky, India / Bangalore

Selected by La Maison du Whisky, this single cask n°3822, matured for 7 years, is a limited edition of 480 bottles. This is a lightly peated expression produced with both Scottish barley and Indian barley grown in the foothills of the Himalayas.

TASTING NOTES

Nose : Powerful and greedy. Typical sherry aromas appear with nuts, rancio and dark chocolate. A hint of smoke suggests aromas of grilled meat barbecue sauce.

Palate : Even more greedy in the mouth, this whisky remains very close to the nose and develops pastry notes with fudge and cocoa.

Overall : The smoke appears on the length and gives a vegetal touch.
