Auchentoshan is the only distillery in Scotland to practice triple distillation for 100% of its distillates. At the exit of the third still, the heart of the toast is between 80 and 82% compared to around 70% for a whisky resulting from double distillation. Wonderfully restoring the fruity, floral, herbaceous and malty notes that have made the reputation of this single malt, this version overflowing with naturalness has an innate intrinsic quality: charm.
