The TCRL single cask series represents the oldest rums ever bottled by La Maison du Whisky.

This Pure Single Rum was produced in Guyana in 2002. It was then shipped to Europe and put into an ex-bourbon barrel, where it benefited from 19 years of maturation. Distilled in a single wooden pot still from fermented molasses, it results in a unique expression. Bottled exclusively for Navigate World Whisky, South Africa.

Tasting Notes

Nose:  Opulent and intense. Stewed fruits, green apple, vanilla, frangipane and wax.

Palate:  Tonic and expressive. Pastries, exotic fruits, spices and vegetal notes.

Finish:  Long and persistent. Minty, woody, white fruits and new leather.
