Distilled on August 15, 1997, this version aged until December 2020 in a second-fill bourbon cask before being matured for a month in an oloroso sherry cask. Extremely balanced and particularly serene, the aromatic and gustatory palette of this Benrinnes oscillates with a lot of charm between a malty and herbaceous freshness surprisingly youthful and fruity and honeyed notes of great maturity.
