Nose : A coastal explosion – ocean spray, citrus, sweet seaweed and a gentle, damp bonfire ash.

Palate : An opening of zingy lemon meringue is swiftly followed by charred meats and peat smoke.

Overall : Candied lime and flaked sea-salt with tantalizingly fresh, piquant and peated malt notes.
