Every year since 2018, Japanese distillery Chichibu, founded by Ichiro Akuto in 2008, has created a new blend dedicated to the City of Light: Chichibu Paris Edition. 2024 Edition pays tribute to the most beautiful monuments in Paris and Tokyo. Six versions of labels printed on washi, a traditional Japanese paper, contrast these buildings that have become symbols of their city.

Chichibu Paris Edition 2024 is a blend of twelve bourbon barrels, two quarter casks (chibidaru) and a red wine cask averaging six to seven years of age. Following in the footsteps of the 2023 version, an ever more subtle peatiness sets the tone for a tasting that continues to gain in substance and complexity.
