Cognac, France / Poitou-charentes
Located in Reaux sur Trèfle in Charente-Maritime, on the terroir of Petite Champagne (classified 2nd growth of Cognac), the Fradon estate covers 37 hectares. Its vineyard is mostly planted with Ugni blanc (77%), Folle blanche (3%) and Colombard (2%). Made up of Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the rest of the grape varieties are used to produce the Charentais local wines of the property. Having retained an unalterable youthful spirit, this venerable vintage displays fruity and floral tones of great freshness and diversity. In addition, its medicinal, spicy and autumnal character highlights the full depth of a particularly flourishing aromatic and gustatory palette.
