Single Malt Whisky, Scotland / Lowlands

Daft mill is a family farm distillery in the Scottish Lowlands. It was founded by the brothers Francis and Ian Cuthbert in 2005, when they turned the farm’s old mill buildings into a distillery. This 11-year-old Daft mill single malt was made in collaboration with the French independent bottler La Maison Du Whisky.
