Rum, Jamaica

With an ester content of 400 – 600 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol, this version falls into the HLCF (Hampden Light Continental Flavoured) category of rums produced by the Hampden distillery and was matured in a Lustau Oloroso sherry cask. The sherry’s influence is highlighted in a spirited finish and brings lots of nobility to the very classic palette of aromas and flavours. The hydrocarbon notes present from start to finish are the most enthusiastic of ambassadors.
