Rum, Jamaica
Created through long fermentation and distillation in the famous pot stills installed at this distillery founded in 1949, this single cask has an ester rate of 125-175 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol (mark EMB). The fruity and honeyed palette of flavors and aromas is given a second wind in a finish that highlights its steadfast youthful spirit. Much later, the hydrocarbon notes revealed in the empty glass’ dried extracts proudly display the colors of the Jamaican flag.
