After 6 years of maturation in their Cellar, the Chamarel XO was double matured in ex Old Cognac Cask for another 24 months. Cognac is a variety of brandy produced exclusively in the Region of Cognac in France. The very old casks usually contain a blend of cognac age 20 to35 years. Flavors vary substantially depending on the maker’s preference but are often very rich with the taste of dried fruit and warm spices, to toffee, nuts, chocolate, and cigars. The combination guarantees a fresh taste and delivers a very long and powerful finish.

Very round and smooth on the palate with hints of almond, warm spices, prune, toffee and hint of vanilla. Intense and long finish.
