Single Malt Whisky, Scotland / Islay

Equipped with two 1.2-ton stainless steel mash tuns and sixteen 6,000-litre stainless steel washbacks, the Kilchoman distillery doubled its production capacity from two to four stills in 2019. Released as a duo with another whisky of the same age but fermented for 75 hours, this version is also peated to 20 ppm and was fermented for 100 hours. Intensely peaty and saturated with thick smoke, it gradually takes on fruity, milky and spicy tones that paint a glimmering and complex landscape of flavours.
