Owned by Maison Villevert since 2020, the Glen Ar Mor distillery is equipped with one 1,100-litre wash still and one 650-litre spirit still. Revealing a series of deeply inspired flavour and aroma sequences, this third bottling of the Ex Libris trio stages an omnipresent peat which, by allowing the other facets of its personality to be expressed to their full, wonderfully develops the art of paradox.
