In this 11 Years Old 2014 – 1st Fill Oloroso – 100 Proof release, controlled youth meets the power of an active Oloroso cask. Bottled at 100 Proof, it highlights the whisky’s structure and delivers a bold balance of dark fruits, spice and oak.

Nose : Raisins, dark plum, walnuts, fresh leather and gentle spices.

Palate : Broad and muscular. Fig, dark chocolate, cured meat, pepper and toasted oak.

Overall : Long and warming, with dark fruits, bitter cocoa and a subtle saline edge.
