After ten years of maturation in the tropics, this version then continued its maturation in Scotland, with the last nine months spent in a sherry cask previously used for the Port Charlotte 2004 featured in the Antipodes catalogue. With almost volcanic minerality and continually renewed fruit, the aroma and flavour palette wonderfully embodies the Rest & Be Thankful mindset. Uniting Jamaica and Scotland, it also reveals a rare level of generosity and strength of character.
