Distilled in a column still in 2007 from fermented molasses and matured in an ex-bourbon barrel, this single cask spent 10 years in the tropical climate of El Salvator before crossing the Atlantic Ocean to age for 3 more years in Europe. A unique expression bottled at full proof with no adulteration.
