This bottling named Shakara (a reference to the Sanskrit term reflecting the south- Asian origins of sugar cane) was produced with local molasses, distilled in a column still and aged entirely in Thailand’s tropical climate. Revealing faultless generosity, in reality the palette of flavors and aromas is a stunning alternation between classic and luxury sequences. Over time it has forged a sunny disposition resting on an admirably well-integrated wood.
