Equipped with 10 fermentation vats (seven made of Oregon pine, three of larch wood), four small stills, two lantern-type wash stills and two boil ball spirit stills with wide swan necks, the Strathisla distillery has a production capacity of 2.45 million litres of pure alcohol per year. Constantly refreshed by particularly juicy fruity notes and highly distinctive herbaceous and floral notes, the aromatic and flavour palette of this version also evolves to the rhythm of much more candied, medicinal, spicy or even root-like sequences that shape its strong character.
