A limited edition, paying tribute to the town of Tullamore. The phoenix in the town’s coat of arms comes from 1785 when a hot air balloon crash caused a terrible fire that nearly wiped Tullamore off of the map. The Irish pot still component is finished in Oloroso Sherry casks.
