Made from organic barley from the Lacka farm (25%), peated barley from the Lacken farm (25%) and an ancient barley variety called Hunter from the Donoughmore farm (50%). %), this version is the result of the assembly of four barrels having previously contained bourbon, all distilled in 2019. Full of nuances, its aromatic and taste palette reveals a monochrome of colors which range from the most tender green to the the most burned sienna.
