Blended Whisky, Scotland/The Lowlands

Aged entirely in casks that previously contained peated whisky. As tasty as ever, this new creation from The Epicurean offers us a deliciously peated malt with notes of honey and spices. A bottling presented in a limited edition.

Nose : Soft earthy peat smoke with thyme, green apple and toasted barley.

Appearance : Pale gold.

Palate : Honey’d cereal and malt with smoky embers, a peppery warmth and gentle oak spice.

Overall : Drying peat smoke and a subtle ashy character with lemon peel and a whisper of vanilla.
